Warranty
The Guarantee period of Parham wooden houses is 3 years from the date of delivery. The company guarantees the integrity of the wooden house (characteristics of the wooden house) under the influence of all the regulatory loads available for wooden houses, i.e. roof, snow, wind and point loads, during the period. The company’s Guarantee covers any damage caused to the wooden house caused by defects in construction or material.
The guarantee is not applying in the following cases:
- When the customer or third parties make changes in the design of the wooden house that are not agreed with the supplier.
- In the case of damage to the wooden house, which is caused by defects in the foundation, roof and other elements of the house, the production and delivery of which had nothing to do with the supplier.
- In case of damage to the wooden house, which is caused by defects in the foundation, roof and other elements of the house, the production and delivery of which had nothing to do with the supplier.
